Space within the first phase of Maple Court remains available, however I would advise interested parties to come forward quickly, as current demand suggests the scheme may soon be fully let."

Designed by architects Leach Rhodes Walker and constructed by Skelmersdale-based CPUK, the scheme offers a superb specification in an attractive hard and soft landscaped environment.

The second phase of Maple Court has planning consent for some 25,000 sq ft (2,323 sq m) of office space, which will be suitable to house bespoke requirements from larger occupiers on a design and build basis."
