The integrated infrastructure solution has two main deliverables:
The Contractor will be required to provide a Training Infrastructure which will comprise of (but not exclusively) the construction of a Tri-Service Training and Administration Facility with ancillary Catering, Retail, Leisure, Community, Welfare, Single Living and Service Family Accommodation, at Worthy Down, Hampshire.
Secondly, the Contractor will be required to manage the relocation of military units to Worthy Down and the subsequent redevelopment and disposal of the PRB Deepcut site.
The PRB (Deepcut) site has the potential to deliver a high quality sustainable development of 1200 residential units and associated commercial, retail and community use. It is envisaged that the Contractor will progress the current planning position, facilitate and fund the infrastructure provision and manage the disposal process to maximise the net value of receipts in return for a share of the net proceeds realised. The Contractor will also have the opportunity of building out a percentage of the development.
