Windrush Health Centre

GVA were appointed to provide a modern primary care facility in Witney, including accommodation for community and diagnostic teams; our specialist healthcare team negotiated the acquisition from the Oxfordshire Primary Care Trust. We provided further services including valuation, development consultancy, architectural services, project management, cost consultancy, CDM coordination, planning consultancy and BREEAM assessment.

Kimmerfields, Swindon

GVA advised on this major town centre regeneration project, including strategic planning and delivery advice for mixed-use redevelopment. Our Planning team prepared and co-ordinated a series of planning applications and were also responsible for ensuring the Environmental Statement is compliment with the EIA regulations. The GVA National markets team provide office agency advice to Muse, including managing a national marketing campaign and securing occupiers for the early phases of development.

Bristol and West House, Bournemouth

Appointed as Project Managers and Cost Consultants for the office to residential conversion of a five storey building in Bournemouth City Centre. The works will create a total of thirty-eight new one and two bed apartments, with the option to create three penthouse units at fifth floor level. The show apartment is now open and all works are due for completion in August 2016. At ground floor level we are remodelling the retail units in readiness for Wildwood and Bills restaurants to fit out.

East Works (Former Rolls Royce Site), Filton, Bristol

Valuation for bank lending on vacant former Rolls Royce site extending to 65 acres with planning permission for a total of approximately 1.2 million sq ft of mixed use development including industrial, offices, hotel, trade units, self-storage and car dealerships.

Redcliff Corner

Leading the planning strategy for this major residential-led development in Bristol City Centre for Change Real Estate. Having previously achieved planning consent on the site for The Carlyle Group, GVA were retained by Change RE to secure full planning permission for Redcliff Quarter to provide approximately 350 residential units, alongside commercial, retail and leisure spaces with a vibrant food hall central to the scheme.

Central Park

Acting on behalf of strategic landowner Dizengoff and their development partner, Roxhill, GVA have acted in the marketing of a 600 acre greenfield employment opportunity at Severnside. In the last five months, Delta Properties’, has signed up four major occupiers totalling 2.4million sq ft. That’s £150m of construction work taking place on this 600 acre logistics hub over the next 12 months. By anyone’s standards, that’s unprecedented for a single location, not just in the South West for a logistics scheme, but throughout the UK.
