The Mayor of London will commence his Community Infrastructure Charging Schedule from 1st April 2012. The levy will apply to all development consented on or after this date.

The breakfast briefing will provide attendees an understanding of how the new Mayoral Community Infrastructure Levy charge will operate in practice. The event will also be an opportunity to be updated on how London boroughs are progressing with their CIL Charging Schedules.
