Operating in a diverse and challenging environment, arts and cultural organisations are seeking ways to adapt and develop.
With experience of the subsidised and commercial cultural and hospitality sectors, our Retail, Hotels and Leisure team works directly for many of the key funding bodies in the UK, including Heritage Lottery Fund and Arts Council England. In addition we have successfully helped cultural operators win some of the largest development grants ever awarded.
Our project management team, GVA Acuity has delivered major capital projects for theatres, opera houses, dance houses, museums and public heritage buildings. Most recently this has included the 2014 RIBA Stirling Prize winning Everyman Theatre in Liverpool.
We can provide strategic advice and assistance with development plans and feasibility studies in addition to advising on procurement under OJEU procedures and assisting with site assembly. We can also provide the services of Project Manager, Lead Consultant, and Contract Administration as required.
We were selected by ACE to join their consultancy framework agreement for the Sustain programme and provide monitoring and mentoring on the Heritage Lottery Fund specialist services framework.
