Leading UK real estate adviser GVA has announced that Gordon Isgrove is appointed to the role of Regional Senior Director in its Bristol office.
Senior Director, Gordon, has twenty years in the industry and currently leads the Land and Development team in Bristol. He has been involved with some of the region’s key development transactions, including 85 acres of former MOD land in Bath and the sale of the former Frenchay hospital site in Bristol. He is currently leading the team marketing the historic Royal National Hospital for Rheumatic Diseases in Bath, on behalf of the Royal United Hospitals Bath NHS Foundation Trust.
Gordon’s appointment follows the move of Jo Davis to GVA’s national Head of Planning, Development and Regeneration.
Gordon Isgrove comments, “I am hugely looking forward to the role leading the Bristol office, driving the business forward and strengthening the full range of property services that GVA offers to clients throughout the South West. We’d all like to congratulate Jo on her promotion to national head of Planning at GVA and thank her for the significant contribution she’s made during her time as RSD in Bristol.”
Gerry Hughes, Chief Executive at GVA, comments: “The strength of our business lies with our people and it is crucial that we continue to support and invest in them in order to meet our growth aspirations. I am delighted to announce Gordon’s appointment to RSD in the Bristol office, a richly deserved move.”
