GVA has been instructed by Fixed Charge Receivers to bring a rare development opportunity in Heaton Chapel to market.
The cleared site extends to 0.6 acres and is situated to the rear of the former Tesco Metro site on the A6 (Wellington Road North) in the popular Stockport suburb.
