GVA, the UK’s largest and most diverse multidisciplinary professional consultancy outside of the capital has moved its 30 strong Newcastle office to a fully re-furbished 3rd floor office suite in Central Square South.
Central Square South set new Grade A office standards when constructed in 2000 and has seen considerable further investment by Standard Life Investments since they acquired the building in 2014.
Tony Wordsworth, GVA, who negotiated the new office lease terms said: ”The extensive refurbishment works to the offices, common parts and the impressive atrium have served to underpin Central Square South’s position as the best high quality Grade A space in Newcastle city centre.”
Gordon Hewling, Regional Senior Director and Head of Building at GVA commented: “The new office is most impressive and efficient in terms of office working practices adopted by GVA nationwide. It provides an attractive, flexible working environment, well suited to our professional property consultancy business.”
Greg Davison at Cushman and Wakefield represented the landlord along with joint agents LSH.
