We will launch a series of timely reports at Mipim 2017, each conveying the common theme of Evolving Cities.
The first five reports in our Changing Face series cover Birmingham, Leeds, Liverpool, London and Newcastle. Each report illustrates the transformational change that is occurring in the city, either in terms of the scale of regeneration activity or a shift in perception. We identify the key locations where such change has occurred over the last 10 years, and explore the opportunities coming forward over the next decade.
London: Where we work
London: Where we work is a major new report examining the changing nature of office demand in central London, in terms of the sectors seeing growth and type of space required.
We then focus on locational preferences, examining the drivers of eight key central London submarkets, from those that are well established to those that are maturing or still evolving.
Leeds City Region: Confidence yields growth
Leeds City Region: Confidence yields growth assesses the growth potential of this important region, examining the economic sectors and the investment in education and infrastructure that will help to drive this growth.
We then assess the outlook for the key commercial property markets.
