A key Bristol city centre office building has undergone a major refurbishment and has signed up a string of new tenants. 40 Queen Square was bought by AEW UK for £7.2m in December 2015, and has since been refurbished to provide 38,300 sq. ft of grade-A accommodation.

The new tenants are law firm Beale and Company taking 3,850 sq ft; planning consultancy Turley taking 3,100 sq ft, and building consultant Malcom Hollis taking 3,500 sq ft, all on ten year leases.

Richard Kidd, Director of Office Agency at Bilfinger GVA in Bristol says, “The refurbishment of 40 Queen Square, which is situated close to Temple Meads Railway Station, demonstrates the continued demand for good quality office accommodation in Bristol.

“As one of Bristol’s historic squares, Queen Square has always been popular with professional services. This refurbishment offers good quality, modern, refurbished space in a sought after location.”
