Alastair Carmichael, Head of Real Estate Finance at Bilfinger GVA, comments: “I’m delighted to be attending tomorrow’s event in Edinburgh, alongside colleagues from across our national network of multi-disciplinary teams. The PRS market has emerged in recent years as a key sub-sector of the UK residential market and is gaining momentum, becoming a more attractive proposition for lenders/investors and a range of tenants. Scotland is setting itself apart from the rest of the UK by considering and implementing a range of stimulus policies for PRS. GVA is a market leader in the provision of development and transactional advice to the UK PRS and to date has advised on PRS transactions with an investment value in excess of £1bn.”
