The City Office Agency department are instructed by Hammerson to develop and implement a letting strategy to achieve the best available rental income having regard to the optimum letting configuration and capital value of the Property. This entails periodic review and updating of the letting strategy document, research, monitoring of quoting terms, reporting and general advice on the Central London office market.
