Development identification, appraisal and acquisition of 100 unit block within the first stage of Crest Nicholson’s large scale regeneration project at Bath Riverside in Bath city centre which, once completed will deliver in excess of 2,000 dwellings. The remaining stages will, in time, deliver further residential, shops, restaurants, community services and facilities.

Whapping Wharf

Investment appraisal and acquisition in respect of this mixed use scheme close to Bristol city centre which will deliver, once complete, a total of over 600 homes, as well as approximately 9,500 sq ft of retail and leisure space, offices and car parking.

Engaged by the developer to arrange full forward funding for the development of a spec built 200 unit PRS tower in London with ancillary accommodation next to Barking Station.

Markefield Way

Reigate & Banstead Borough Council

Engaged by the Local Authority and DM/PM to de-risk the residential uppers of this key regeneration project within Redhill town centre. Testing of various options, including PRS, undertaken. Forward sale of residential element arranged and in due diligence.

HCA National Funding Programme
