Accounts valuations

Loan security valuations

GVA work with all major UK and overseas banks and building societies that finance commercial property and residential development land. We deliver loan security valuation advice on a diverse range of properties and portfolios. Our advice goes beyond reporting a pure valuation figure – we identify areas of risk and opportunity for the lender and consider future performance of the asset over the loan period. Portfolio valuations

GVA's regional network is the perfect platform to carry out large scale portfolio valuations. In each instance, instructions are managed by a bespoke core team made up of three people – a Lead Director, an Account Manager and an Account Assistant. The valuations themselves are carried out in the appropriate regional office by a team who have great depth of knowledge in their own markets and who are supported by the complete range of services we offer in each office. Once your figures are fed through to the core team, they can be considered in the context of the national investment market, the portfolio as a whole and, indeed, across all the portfolios we value.
