GVA has strengthened its strategic advisory offer with the appointment of Laura Stamboulieh and Guy Brett, both as Senior Directors. Together, they will be responsible for developing GVA’s platform in this area, advising on both strategy and delivery for public and private sector clients and working across central and local governments, health, education and emergency services.
Laura joins from Cushman & Wakefield, and will take a leading role in growing the firm’s Public Sector Strategic Advisory offer. She has more than 23 years of experience working across various parts of the public sector, including local government, central government, health, blue light and education. Laura has direct experience of civic hub delivery, bringing together the wider public sector to drive efficiency, release surplus assets and to underpin regeneration aspirations.
Guy joins from EY and brings more than 20 years of experience, having first started his career in real estate at GVA as a consultant. Returning to GVA, Guy will work alongside Laura to provide portfolio planning, location strategy, and performance improvement services to public sector clients. Guy will also be working with a range of private sector clients, as well as across Whitehall and local government.
